These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, bookings, and communications with Woodland Stables. By purchasing hay, scheduling lessons, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
Woodland Stables is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to persons, property, or animals arising from participation in activities, visits, or purchases. By engaging in any service, you acknowledge the inherent risks of equine activities as outlined in Georgia’s Equine Liability Act.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive emails or texts related to your purchases, lesson bookings, or updates. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
Woodland Stables may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. The most current version will always be available on our website.

At Woodland Stables, we take pride in providing high-quality hay, lessons, and equine services. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below.
All hay sales are final. Due to the nature of the product and for quality and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once hay has been purchased or delivered. Customers are encouraged to inspect hay at the time of pick-up or delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Lesson or training session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or reschedule credit.
Deposits or payments made for events, clinics, or special bookings are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Woodland Stables.
In rare cases of emergency or inclement weather, management may offer a credit or reschedule option at their discretion.
